We are open year round and our rates are as follows:
Nov 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012 $110. per room/night
May 1, 2012 to Oct 31, 2012 $125. Mon-Thurs. per room/night
$135. Fri. Sat. Sun. per room/night
These rates includes a full breakfast plus tea/coffee/cookies always available.
We also have special weekly rates as well as a no breakfast option. Please ask for details of these specials.
All rates are for up to two people sharing a room. For each additional person in a room $20 a day is charged -
Check-In is 3:00pm onwards and Check-Out is 11:00am on the day of departure. Earlier or later times can be arranged if necessary.

WE REQUIRE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD # TO HOLD A RESERVATION
(MASTERCARD/VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER).
IF NO CARD # IS GIVEN WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE REQUESTED PERIOD.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION 5 OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL WE WILL REFUND ANY DEPOSIT TAKEN LESS $10 PER ROOM PROCESSING FEE.
IF NO DEPOSIT HAS BEEN TAKEN THEN WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH 1 ROOM'S RATE APPROPRIATE TO THE DAY/SEASON UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RE-BOOK THE ROOM.
NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL ROOM RATE FOR THE PERIOD BOOKED.
We are a NO SMOKING B & B and regret that we cannot accommodate any pets.
